Every Mech&me Telescopic Wheel Wrench carries a 12-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in the shaft, telescopic mechanism, sockets or grip under normal use for 12 months from delivery.
If a covered defect appears, we replace the product — no repair runaround.
What's not covered
Damage from misuse, use beyond the intended purpose, modification, or normal cosmetic wear.
Loss or theft.
How to claim
Email mechandme2026@gmail.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue. We'll verify and ship a replacement.
